they are in Germany and im soooooooooo annoyed and now Best Buy wont take back this original Software since i opened it. i am NOT happy and you cant contact anyone at Nero there is an option to send an email and when you do it goes to an error page. without warning it aLso deleted them from my external drives. Nero Score The real-world PC benchmark measures your processor’s (CPU) multi-core power and is pushing your graphics card (GPU) to it’s maximum limit with real world multimedia use cases. so i started to delete them well they didnt delete from the software itself. then using nero vision express to burn onto a dvd. specifically ive been rendering using different filters and settings (mental ray 3.5 with max 9) to png files, combining them with combustion and rendering from there as an uncompressed avi file. and if that isnjt bad enough i open the 2017 version and i clicked on a media icon and it starts downloading all my graphics into the software (mind you i have tens of thousands on my computer on backup drives and i did NOT want it to do it). ive been trying to get a handle on rendering a logo for television. he worked for quite some time to get this running. i downloaded from Nero's website their 2017 platinum software (another 50 some odd bucks) and the tech at hte Geek Squad uninstalled and installed the new one. i called Geek squad cuz this a new computer.
